About the firm

The firm has been working since 2011. We started as a small technical translation office serving machine builders; offices in other countries came for a simple reason — a text should be written by someone who lives in the country it is meant for.

Today there are six offices: Stockholm, Milan, Madrid, New York, Moscow and St Petersburg. Each is staffed with in-house translators and reviewers rather than freelancers from a marketplace. That is slower and more expensive to hire for, but quality no longer depends on who happened to be available.

Most of our clients are manufacturers, software companies and law firms — texts where an imprecise phrase has a price. Nothing leaves this office without a second pair of eyes.

Client material never travels by e-mail. The firm runs its own file storage, and offices and translators use it to pick up source files and hand back finished work. Our offices sit in different time zones, so it is in use around the clock, and heavy video and audio only ever move that way.
